These terms cover the website only. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or scope of work signed between AMNICENT and the client — that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

This site is marketing material describing AMNICENT's services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular commercial outcome.

Articles in the Growth Journal are general educational commentary on advertising and marketing practice. They are not tailored advice for your business, and you should not treat them as a substitute for a proper account review.

The projects shown under Work describe real engagements. Descriptions summarise the scope of what we delivered.

Results described are specific to that client, that market, that budget, and that period. Advertising performance depends on factors outside any agency's control — product, pricing, offer, seasonality, competition, and platform policy changes among them. We do not guarantee that any result described will be repeated for another business.

Client names, logos, and brand marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe work performed.

The design, copy, code, and original graphics on this site are owned by AMNICENT. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them commercially without written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine.

Do not use this site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at a rate that degrades service for others, or submit false information through the enquiry form.

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMNICENT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
